money withdrawal problem

<p>I went to shoprite in pelican park. Did my shopping as per normal. As I came to the till to pay for my groceries I asked the lady can I please withdraw R3000.00. The lady first say I don't have and I asked can she go fetch more money which they did before and then she said our limit is R1500.00. I asked her since when is it R1500.00 and she said for a year now and how could that be posible if I drew at the same shop R3000.00 a month ago. So I left it. This was December 2016. Now on this day at 6.30pm 25th January 2017. A guy in front of me by the till ask the lady can he draw R3800.00 and the lady told him the limit is only R1500.00 which I understood. Then he tell her please make a plan I know you can fetch money in the office. And geus what happened . HE GOT THE MONEY R3800.00 HE DREW AT THE TILL AND HOW SHE GOT THAT RIGHT I DON'T KNOW. BUT THE MEER FACT THAT HE GOT IT RIGHT AND NOT ME TELLS ME THAT THEY DON'T TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS EQUAL. THAT'S ENOUGH TO **** ME OFF BIGG TIME! That guy didn't even have to call the manager to get it right but I called for the manager and I couldn't get what I want and clearly they know how to look their customers in the eye and lei to them. I hope someone can explain to me what the real story is with drawing money inside shoprite and what the limit really are.. </p>
