money transfer query

hello Peter On Sunday the 28th of Nov 2021 I went to shoprite in Riverside to deposit money via Money Market after I have deposited the funds I send the money transfer number to the person who is supposed to receive it only to find out i send 15 digits instead of 14 digits and already threw away my slip then on Tues I went back to ask for assistance with i got and I was told that I 30 minutes i will receive my new MT number its been hrs since and getting frustrated cause they are in need of the money.
