Money not dispensed from the aTM

On 29th May 2021 i used the aTM that is at the store, r3200 i tried to withdraw but the money money did not come out the ATM however it came of my bank account. I have Receipt.. I went to the bank to complain. They complained to the customer center. I was given a reference number. I then called them again and they said that i must come to shoprite the Manger needs to contact the Bank to help speed up my process. I then contacted the shoprite i ws told the manager is in. Meeting the one women took my details Said the manager will call me back. I haven't heard from her. I need someone to call me As this wht the bank told me to do. It's the new month i have no money my rent will go in arrears i have kids to feed i didn buy groceries now
