MONEY MARKET ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I sent a voucher, through the Shoprite Money Market to my wife and she was unable to get into her account. So I wanted it reversed, but it has been an utter nightmare. The Customer service helpline does not answer and management from the Vredenburg Shoprite and Checkers Vredenburg stores were also unable to help. There communication platform, similar to WhatsApp, on their App, is the most useless thing ever. You get a response after many hours or the next day, and if you take too long to respond then the person meant to assist you replies, that you are not there and they discontinue with helping you.
