Money market service

Today we were helped by an employee who felt its within her right to give us bad attitude, she didn't wanna explain to us why can't she give the money she kept on chasing us away from the till and kept on saying we can even go to the manager. This was really bad it took her more than 30 mins to get us the cash. It isn't our fault we don't understand the principles Shoprite use to operate. The person employed there supposed to explain to us fully how they operate
