Money market ********

Went to ShopRite in denlyn mall to send money ...the money was withdrawn by someone after I send it ... when we lodge a complain ....thy didn't help us as all we ended up opening a case ....even now we a stil trying to solve the matter ...any help on how to get the issue resolved will be highly appreciated
