Money market pin reset

I am having a complain regarding Shoprite Money Market account, I want to reset my pin, I cannot get any help. I went to Shoprite at Moletlane on the 21st December 2025, they told me to wait for SMS, even now I am still waiting. I called their Customer line support ***they told me to wait for their call. I don't understand how long does it take to reset the pin.
