Money market number change

Shoprite is the worst retail when it comes to customer care. I have been trying to change my number on Shoprite money market for almost a week and have tried ALL communication channels to get a simple thing as my number to change on the App,moreover I've even tried to send an email which I was advised by a lady I called from thier head office who insisted that I should either send and email or call ( which that has resulted in an hour of payed airtime worth of waiting without even going through). This is the worst retail I have ever came across when it comes to customer care.
