Money Market Money Lost

On the day of 2/10/15 i used Shoprite's money market to transfer R1000 to someone. The following day i received a call from the person who was suppose to collect the money saying that the money is not available its already withdrawn. I went back to Shoprite and they informed me that I had to go make an affidavit by the police station stating what had happened in order for them to assist me. So i did. I went back to Shoprite and the only information they had to give me was as to where the money was withdrawn. I asked the manager to provide me with the ID number of the person who withdrawn the money as you have to show your ID book when withdrawing the money. She shook her head no and said i wont be able to provide you with that information i should open a case by the SAP. Why should I open a case? I just want my money back and i want the person who stole my money to be arrested, how do I go about if they are so *********** at what they do they cant even provide me with a name or ID nr! This is unacceptable!! I want something to be done or I will open a case of ***** against Shoprite Checkers!!!
