MONEY MARKET ISSUES

I was at shoprite in selgro center which is based in pietermaritzburg . Money was transfered for me to travel to durban I stood in the queue from 13:30 up until 16:00 !!!!

There was no order or sense of urgency especially with this specific shoprite be situated at a not so safe location!

There were 6 tills at the money market with only 2 of it being in use. While we stood in the queue for hours they were busy serving customers in store buying lotto .

When confronted the manager on duty she rolled her big eyes at me n was synical . Terrible customer service. Well I have noticed that most of the shoprites are slow in terms of money marker I mean if url cannot cope with the growth n high volume of people using this system or cannot maintain such a facility then dont have it in place.

I will never use money market through shoprite again.
