Hi, I went to shoprite money market at Pretoria north to withdraw cash amounting to R590. The teller told me that the amount was withdrawn and the sender must go to shoprite where she deposited the money. She then went to Attlyn shopping Mall in Atteridgeville where the deposit was made, According to their system the money was deposited at 12:45 and withdrawn at Van der Walt shoprite in Pretoria CBD at 13:45 by Nozipho Buthelezi... My question is how did Nozipho get the required pin and the M number? Secondly when I reported the matter I was dismissed very quick, no investigation or escalations where made instead I was told to go report it to the police.
