Money market ***** : Shoprite Southdale

Here is my complaint.

My mother who leaves in old age not far from Shoprite Southdale, went to transfer money on the 13 of September 2021 around 2.16pm. When the person who was supposed to receive the money on the other side on the 14 of September 2021 she was told that the money was already taken out same day which is the 13th of September around past 3pm. My mother went to enquire about this on the said store she was sent from pillar to post. She asked to see a the store manager. She went to the police station and was told to go back to the store and ask them for a computerized proof of the incident. The store refused and asked her to take a picture of the information on a computer screen with her phone. The information of where the money was drawn. The police station refused to accept information like that. Please can you assist us in this matter as a matter of urgency.
