Money Market cannot be verified

Opening a Shoprite Money market account on the App , the account needs to be verified for ID and FICA ( proof of address ) , you cannot do this in store or on the App which continuously gives a message ‘’ something went wrong , please try again later ‘’ for the past week . Nobody can tell you when it will be resolved or what should be done ( call centre ) Shoprite , this is a joke or pathetic from a company , surely somebody should have some idea . We need expect more from you Shoprite !!!!!
