Money market at shoprite Missing payment

on the 25/07/25 i went to shoprite brixton to deposit money for my daughter who is at free state.Amount R4500 .tgan when my daughter went to collect the money they told her the money was collected at mayfair sameday of deposit. im soo confuse who collected tthe monet or thre is something going on at shoprite as my child need tgat money .i want my money back
