Money Market Account Utter Shame

Shoprite/Checkers i have never been this let down in my entire life. You have sent trough all your required documents to only change a number in order to receive and use you own voucher that you have bought that you can not get. You get Told that this will take 24-48 Hours. You follow up you call you do all the work from your side. You even ask so this might or might not happen only to receive a negative answer yes. This voucher has been bought on an Account that is being paid off monthly. I have stated the emergency for the use of this voucher. You would think in this day and age that surely any human that feels anything for some one with the dire need for this voucher will do anything. But no. No begging no amount of phone calls. Nothing happens. You are on your knees for nothing. Just to get a simple dam Phone number changed so you can use your own voucher to get food on the Table. Shame on you Money Market you have no customer Service. You have no feel for Humanity.
