Money market account

Honestly I can't stand this company they fail at everything and they hire staff that shouldn't even be hired , I have money that I wanted to withdraw from Shoprite money market but my identity number is not matching my phone number ,I never opened a money market account and I've used this number for as long as I can remember it has taken this useless people 2 weeks and still did nothing to help me change the number to my current ,I've phoned,did emails and they did not hold up their end , I'm So disgusted ,all I want to do is receive my money and they won't allow that
