MONEY MARKET ACCOUNT

Opened a Money Market account for my mum for her sassa grant. Went in Sept to withdraw her grant account was blocked. Needed fica verification. All documents sent was told will take 7 to 14 days to process .what the F#$@????.sh3s 87yrs old .can't get access to her grant. Seems MMA don't knw how to do their job. Now this mnth sassa grant cannot be deposited cos the account was still not verified 🤬🤬🤬🤬.After a day of dealing with the call center finally today acc gt verified. I go to withdraw her money today and the transaction is declined.***😡😡😡😡😡.Guys saver to go yo a reputable Bank to open and account .I do not recommend Money Market Account to anyone .
