Money Market

I deposited money on their money market and when the receiver went to collect the money she was told that they were offline and couldn't finish the transaction meanwhile the money came off and was told to go back to where the money was deposited. Since the 18th of December they've been sending from pillar to post and now they claim that they gave me my money back. Can you please please help me. It's the Shoprite at KwaMnyandu Mall in Umlazi Durban.
