On the 7th of November 2015 I went to collect tickets for a soccer match which I had ordered online via Computicket. The ladies act like their doing the customers a favour, black people are used to getting ******* service I could hear people in the que complaining but they don't do anything about it. When it was my turn I got there and the lady working on the ticket machine was not available, I asked how long she'd be gone, and a very nonchalant response was uttered by the lady on the 2nd machine 'I don't know' I asked to see the manager but she didn't assist at all. I was livid by the time I left. Long ques and bad attitudes are not normal and we must insist on getting efficient service from the townships.
