MOLDY CAKES ON SHELVES

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Shoprite. I bought a milk tart that turned out to be mouldy, and after eating it, I became very sick. I’ve had to take sick leave from work, and my stomach is still upset even now. This is completely unacceptable for a food product — please ensure your quality control and storage standards are properly maintained so that no one else has to go through this. I expect a response and an explanation as soon as possible.
