Mistreatment from Shoprite Lakeside Mall

Worst experience from this cashier named Gcina Mosibi at Shaoprite at Lakeside Mall. So on Sunday 17-03-2024 at 12:22 I was paying for my grocery and when I finished she didn't even assist me to pack even though she can see I have a cast on my right hand which means it's not 100% functional. I firstly asked her to open the plastic bag for me which she did aggressively so and I asked her to help me pack which she only put in one item and throws the plastic at me and I asked her why you throwing the plastic bag at me and not assisting me, she just ignored me....my kids continued to help me pack while she was laughing with the other worker on the next till asking her why she ran from packing for her and laughing about it. Funny enough they packed grocery for everyone who was in front of me but mine. I just wish management could use their surveillance cameras to see how these cashier's act on a daily base dealing with customers. I was so disappointed at this behavior that in 2024 we still experiencing such unprofessionalism while these are a lot of people who would kill for an opportunity that Gcina Mosibi has but yet she's not treating her work seriously.
