Mistreated by branch manager

I was at shoprite Kwa-Thema junction to do an exchange, the branch Manager Emerly refused to assist because I bought the item from a brakpan branch. There no policy on the receipt to refuse the service. Black on black service is becoming bad at shoprite because people who work there think that black people are ********. Why should we support the brand that looks down on our community, I'm disgusted by the branch manager
