Missing parcel not replaced

Few weeks ago I went to Shoprite to do my shopping ,I went in and left my bags at the parcel counter ,when I was done with my shopping I went back and took my bags at the counter. Because I was rushing and had alot of bags I did not check if I had all my bags with me .When i got to car as I was off loading my bags I realised that I did not have all my bags with me ,one of my bags were missing and it was a bag that had a dress I just bought .I went back to Shoprite the next day to inform them what had happened but the mangers were not interested and didn't pay attention to me ,I had to demand the attention .It been weeks now and no one has paid for my dress ,I am wasting my time and money going there to find out what is happing and calling them.I am sick of this bad customer service and what them to take responsibility . No one is even getting back to me to update me . I they requested for a receipt but I did not have it as the receipt was in the bag that went missing and at the shop were I bought my dress they said they don't issue print out as they systems are outdated ,I went as far as getting a affidavit but still no feedback .
