Missing funds

I went into a Shoprite on the 17th of September 2018. I wanted to make a cash withdrawal and after entering my pin my husband confirmed he had cash with him. I then asked Cashier to cancel transaction and she cancelled on the speed point. Immidently she confirmed that the trasaction had declined and showed me on the speed point. I then swiped only for R68 and left the store. I am now sitting with an amount of R900 that went off my account. Shoprite can you be liable for this amount as cashier did confirm that the amount had indeed declined. My bank is even confirming that this amount went off my account. Kindly provide feedback. This is frustrating. This is a Shoprite in Southgate.
