Misrepresentation and bad customer service

On the 25th i went to Shoprite Alex mall for my grocery shopping, at the entrance there were no big trolley, only the small ones. I took a trolley and went in to fo my shopping, i firstly notice how expensive most items were even though they were tagged with special. I decided to remive the special price tag and look at the before pricws and to my surprise on most items the before special prices were actually cheaper than the special prices. I even took photos of some of the price discrepancies. I then went out when u was done shopping. My shopping made a total of 4 big shopping bags.

I get to the exut now the security is telling to go outside the mall and look for a bigger trolley then come back to fetch my groceries. I refused and told him its not my responsibility to ensure that there are proper trolleys at the door.

I asked for his manager because we werw now arguing. The manager laughed it off and instead told me to go tell the security that he is insane
