Misleading advertising/ don’t care attitude by management

Since last week Monday we were trying to purchase the Pepsi max that’s being advertised. On Wednesday my daughter went to purchase as shoprite Brakpan didn’t have stock on Monday. The manager on duty had a lot of attitude as they had no stock. We went back on Friday and again on Sunday and still no stock only the ticket advertising 2x R20. When my wife went to speak to a manager the lady had great attitude and said to her colleague “you can see I’m not on duty” my wife then requested to speak to another manager but after 15 minutes the manager still not showed face. So much for advertising that your company cares about their customers!
