Minor physically searched without guardian

Good day, I am contacting you on behalf of my domestic worker who was at your store earlier this week with her grand daughter. Her grand daughter was grabbed to the security room by the security guard upon exiting the store and had her t-shirt lifted up and she was being touched to determine whether she had ****** goods. I am outraged at the lack of dignity and emotional trauma this 12year old girl had to endure. She was humiliated in front of store customers and treated like a ******** when nothing was found on her. The store then wanted to give her a "power bank" as an apology. This is unacceptable and non-compliant on so many levels.
