Minor being Victimized and terrorised by Females Security Guards and Female Staff Members of ShopRite Protea Glen Mall

My minor child was Victim and left traumatized by female staff of ShopRite Protea Glen Mall and Female Security Guards....She was accused of *****ing after buying groceries worth more than R795 accused of *****ing items worth less than R128

Staff that she was accused of, was probably was packed incorrectly and she might have been falsely accused....nobody knows...the groceries was thrown carelessly and one medication cracked and something's opened and started spilling.

But Those Females who were arrogant, choose to act in cruel manner...My minor disclose her medical condition to them but they said....Asinandaba meaning we don't care in Zulu You don't mistreat a person in such a medical condition.

They actually handcuffed her to a burglar like a *****, said she will run away....How will she run in her Medical condition, they let stand for More than an hour without chair....they took a photo of her and told her that they will publish on the wall of the store. .. The store failed to call me as parent and inform me... I found out by myself as I was communicating with my daughter on the phone.. While me and the father was on the phone with her... She was told to stop answering her phone or else they will take it and throw it on the floor...

This is not the first incident.... Firstly i was falsely accused by Checkers Roodepoort 14th Avenue, nothing was found on me.. And now my daughter its being accused Shoprite Protea Glen Mall...

There is nothing humiliating and tormenting being accused of *****ing and treated badly ...while you spend your hard earned cash in the store

I want compensation ... ShopRite / Checkers don't value Black Customers and it's Worse cause our Black staff members don't practice Ubuntu Humanity and they don't know what is Customer services..
