Milkshake off

I bought milk shake yesterday the 24th of August at shoprite greymont( northcliff) there was special marked down from 17.99 to R13.99 steri stumpie anyway I opened one today and not looking to close took a sip and realized it's off I checked the expiration date it says bb 11/12/2023 pd 11/04/2023.

That's the first thing. Also when I got home yesterday and checked my slip they had charged me R17.99 per milk shake instead of R13.99. It's R107 for 7 milkshakes. It's insane . And now it is off aswell. I actually took a video to show
