MILK SOUR

To whom it may concern

I have purchased milk at Florida shoprite im a regular customer at this store, but there customer service really stinks. I have bought Douglas dale 2L milk yesterday, I captured a photo of it as well the milk hasn't reached its expiry date as well, Batch BB 08 NOV 17 C/B ON2F 04649 So instead of telling me as a customer sorry Mam we refund you and have the stock off the shelf they rather told me its not there store that sells old milk, I didn't have a receipt which im sure they have me on Camera but to turn a customer away is pathetic bad service
