Mfuleni Shoprite horrible customer customer service

Went to the store around 30/12/2022 around 9 and asked the cashier on till number , her name is Maria for R50 cash send. She said she doesn't have and I told her I would wait for someone paying cash.

The next customer came & she gave her change with the R50 that I had asked for. I asked her why did she say she doesn't have money & she ignored me. She assisted the next customer & I waited because I needed the money to go to work.

She got done with the 2nd customer & I complained to her that I needed to go to work as well and the next customer offered to give her the money to give to me. And unfortunately, the atm was also not working as they were loading money.

Maria's had seemed to not care at all and helped a customer after the other. I was very angry and could not believe this treatment that she was giving me. I didn't even have the time to go to the store manager & raise my concerns because I was very late for work.
