Messing items from parcel counter

I am highly disappointed in Bara mall shoprite parcel counter left my parcels today there and it was my last stop so didn't go to any other shop after that and got straight in the car but when I got home unpacking my plastics found few of my stuff missing put of my plastic went to the car to go check but wasn't in the car and funny enough I did put all my stuff in the baby bucket I bought so all my plastics was inside the bucket but my Bennetts baby set was not in and my dove cotton wool was also not in my bucket mxm

Only thing I don't have is my clicks slip.with the Bennetts baby set which was R130.00 if I recall
