Messed up because of christmas conversation

Yesterday 27/12/18 I went to the shoprite store at Chris hani crossing to purchase bus tickets for today 28/12/18 from JHB to DBN but the cashier at the kiosk was so rude and wasn't paying attention to us and kept on talking to her colleague about Christmas that she messed up our dates, she gave us tickets for the same day at 13h00 which didn't make sense cause we purchased the tickets at 11h25, she highlighted some parts and said I must sign and that was it l was only made aware of this today when I got to the bus station that the ticket was for the previous day and the bus had then left us and nothing could be done to help us because we signed so I had to buy new tickets R550 gone!
