Mediocre service!!!

<p>So I went to Shoprite at Nonkqubela Link early at 10am this morning to buy a ticket for a show playing on the 16thDecember. Bought the ticket at 11:12am and the cashier for some reason couldn't print the ticket. I waited close to an hour for her to try and print and there was only one machine working that was rebooted numerous times and still wouldn't print. They called the branch in Site C plaza to print it out for me. I live close there so it was fine. I got to the Plaza and they told me to go back to Nonkqubela link with my own money because that's where I bought the ticket. I refused. They call ed the branch to ask me to go there and I still refused. They called they trainee manager Sindiswa to come and she suggested they refund me. The time then was 13:33pm and I told the Sindiswa person I has to be elsewhere and would come back for the ticket . She refused telling me that I had to stand there until she was done. I've wasted more than two hours trying to get service and she was there telling me no I had to be there for its not her problem I have things to attend over something that should have been done more than two hours ago.I left the store advised Noxolo Tuko I'd come back an hour later. It's been close to an hour now since I got back and still haven't been assisted they are only running around to get me the simplest thing just a ****in ticket. Under this Brian Joseph whom I was told is the branch manager. ****piest service I've ever had where none of them apologised for inconveniencing me or my time. Attitude was the only thing I got from their stuff. I am still yer to get my ticket.</p>
