On Saturday morning I went to do my shopping at shoprite ridgeway because it does not get full. I finish my shopping and went to the till to pay. The cashier started scanning my goods and then redone it again. When I asked her what Is going on she said the scanner is not working properly. When she finish I paid and checked my till slip ans noticed that she charged me for goods that was not on my trolley. I then called the manager and asked him to check my groceries in the trolley against my till slip ans found out that the cashier billed me for stuff that was not in the trolley. If I had not checked my till slip ans only check when I got home it would have been an issue. How many other customers did she **** on that day. How casually they took it like she did nothing wrong. Charged for groceries that I did not take.
