Mbali turned my anger to happiness

As its month end i went to Shoprite store to buy my groceries and pay my DSTV waited in a long queue which i understood that they will be busy as its month end, got to the teller who was full of attitude and looked like they are not interested never the less i went ahead and paid. Then i notified her that i will be making my DSTV payment then she immediately told me that the option is not working its been offline i requested her to just check again if maybe its back on line she told me no she wont check i need to go and queue at the money market counter as its only working there i could see she is not telling the truth. I then went to another till and requested a lady by Mbali who gave a such a welcoming smile and didn't hesitate to assist with passion and compassion as i left the store feeling that only people like Mbali needs to be working in customer service environment
