Mbali from Shoprite Liquor Devland-Shoprite- BAD BAD BAD BAD SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!

i visited SHOPRITE Liquor- DEVLAND-FREEDOM PARK on the 24 June 2018 with 2 of my employee. I bought 18 Castle lite, while on the Que i asked a lady with name tag Mbali- " How much is 18 Flying Fish dumpies" i asked her 3 times but she did not respond. Her face change when i asked for the 3rd time. i end up going to manager or Supervisor, he was so frindly and told me its R130. i bought it. when i'm about to pay , light skinned guys who look like manager or Supervisor came to the till, i explained what happened in fronftof Mbali Cashier. He ask her to apologize to me. She said over her dead, she wont apologize. She said i must pay n move bcos i'm wasting her time. i told her i will report this further to national head office of Shoprite, social media. i have 8 000 friends on facebook and 5 000 followers on Facebook who know that Mbali who works at Shoprite she does not care about customers. she is so rude that he do not even respect her Manager or Supervisor. My question is why is wrong to ask a price for a product that you are selling?. I also run a business. Mbali need training of customer service. She does not understand that she representing Shoprite. Bye Bye Devland Shoprite liquor. Good luck to rhose people who are going to meet Mbali at Shoprite- Devland. she ruined my day on Sunday 24 June 2018 at around 12h00 noon.
