matter not resolved

Hello my name is Thato Mdakane i got man handled by the security guard on my way out of the store immidiately went to report the matter to the store manager she said to me the security had the right to do what they had done and she did not see anything wrong. when i take the matter further to customer service they said that they would take the security guards for customer service training but i have been shopping there, that was not made and when i raise it they said they will get back to me i am still waiting my matter was not resolved.
