manhandled by a cleaning lady

Since when is it okay for shop rite staff to manhandle their customers, shout at them and ridicule them?that's exactly what just happened to me a few minutes ago at Thokoza shoprite.their staff is I'll trained and goes against shoprites philosophy that says they are trained to enforce customer policies geared at ensuring a satisfying and convenience shopping experience.I'm utterly shocked at how the cleaning ladies treated me this morning and then I had to get to their rude cashier and eventually their security with attitude.I couldn't even get a manager to talk to about my ordeal. The stores staff work as if they are running a tuck shop.no respect for their customers what so ever.should the store not have a few managers at a time so that one is always available to listen and attend to customer complaints?
