Manhandled

On Saturday morning some guy who they portray as security guy and was not dress as one manhandled me while i ask him why did he do that he broke my phone while i was trying to make a video talking to him. While i was there went to the managers office she was not there until i got her however they way she spoke to me was not right, Infact i want to know HOW DO YOU HIRE PEOPLE AND GIVING THEM TITLE? The shoprite that im referring to is the one at Ndofaya Mall. And i think im not the first neither the last person who complained about their stinking attitude and the way they handle the customer.
