Mandela Day False Arrest

I have never been a fan of Shoprite due to the poor quality of products they sell. I would go to Shoprite when it was an absolute must but it was never pleasant.

Then came a dreadful day to remind me why I avoid the stores like the plague. On Mandela Day through a false arrest, I found out that their capacities of the management was worse than the quality of goods. We could say it's price shrinking as that makes sense but we can't confirm it to be the reason. It does seem like they get stock cheaper and employ management from a remedial schools as adequate staff does not come cheap. This applies to their outsourced security as well and I'll show the public so they may never find themselves in my situation.

On 18.07.2019, I visited the store to get a few items. A sheer arrogant ignorance of a security apprehended me without giving me the opportunity to pay for the goods. He took me to a control room which had a cage for cleaning items. He searched the items which is violating of my rights aa a woman was suppose to search me but he didnt involve anyone as that wouldve ruined his plan to have me incarcerated. No manager was told as he locked me in the cage to scan the goods and call the police.

He came to me at the tillpoint which is not in his statement. Thulani Shivambo took an oath with his deceived account of the incident. He knows the correct procedure as it is stated in his statement but he **** and this was confirmed when he was fired shortly

Now there is the part that grates my nipples. Firstly, who gave him the jurisdiction to decide on a solution without consulting the owners of the goods. Secondly, he acheived it to hide my apprehension so he can hide other things. During my imprisonment for 30 minutes, I couldve been ****d multiple times and even ****ed on Shoprites premises. Thirdly, even after enlightening them on the nature of the charge. The first intellectually struggling Valde claimed to have authority yet pushed us to the mental disables Matroos who then pushed us to the failed ******** Shaun that owned the security company. No one is taking responsibility even eight months into the case.

Ive analyzed it multiple times with focus on their reactions. The only conclusion was their nonchalant disregard is because Im not the first person and Im sure I wasnt the last. Its a daunting process that exhausts every fibre of our existence but I wont fall into the shadows with satisfaction of a dismissal. I will ensure that this does not happen because only by Gods Grace can I be fighting as Ive lost a job and needed to put a hold on my degree as a result of this senseless act. I will fight until there is no room for these incidents and all the current staff is dismissed and can apply for disability grant due to the mental incapacities
