manager who treats customers bad

Hi on the 23/04/2015 I went to shoprite ndofaya mall to buy few items when I got to the counter to pay then 1 item scanned a different price from the one on the shelves when I complained to the manager by the name of sizakele mashinini she told me the is nothing she can do cant I read when picking up the product that I buy that is it the same as the price list then she just left me standing there without helping me
