Manager Rude

At shoprite Tongaat to purchase flood light. Could not find the item, waited for more than 20 minutes to be helped to find the item. Went to kiosk to pay only to be told I must go back to join the que by cashier who was not even willing to educate me. "Just said that was not her problem".

I asked for a manager, A guy by the name of Malcom walked by and just did not even tried to listen to me but ordered me to go join the line.

This is one store that serves a lot of black community and really does not sure a respect to its customers.

I wish for the proper inspection by consumers protection to be done at this store and corrective manner taken against this Malcom guy.
