Manager needs training

I am very disappointed with the level of service provided at Shoprite Naledi Mall Vosloorus, yesterday I bought the R100 breakfast hamper only to find that I forgot to add the eggs. Since I'm pregnant I sent my husband today to go get the eggs( I sent him with the reciept) To my surprise he comes back and says they need him to bring back what we bought yesterday I don't know if it's logical because the reciept clearly shows what we bought. I find this to be very absurd for me as the client, remember petrol is expensive now we can't be going up and down for unnecessary staff. Please train your manger customer service skills,i think we are taught the same skills,some things are really uncalled for.
