Manager at shoprite fighting a customer.....I have his pic as evidence

I am very upset...i went to shoprite on Friday the 14th December 2018.i went there with my sister and my 2 years old baby. The lady by the name of Itumeleng Koutjoane chased my baby with the trolley, i asked her nicely to mind her customers, the lady just walked by and never apologized. I then went to the manager that man gave me ****, i told him am going to report this on hello peter, he then said they wont help you because they will be talking to him. I then asked him whats his name, he said with an attitude and his hand on my face I AM NO BODY. I then thought since he is nobody let me go and take his picture. when i took the picture he came straight to me me grabbed my phone very hard and my phone had only one crack now the cracks are all over. he also started swearing at me and i was surprised that shoprite staff members can fight with their customers. Shoprite at khamaphutheng is a **** up and i want you to replace my phone screen and i still need an apology from the manager, at list Itumeleng apologized but as for the manager i believe customer service is not his priority.
