Management's pathetic behaviour

Grand Parade shoprite Cape Town about 11:24 stopped by for few grocery items and in the fruit and veg aisle, witnessed Mr Sidwell Archilles belittling an employee right in front of customers. Mr Sidwell may well have been under stress / pressure (which we all face in the work environment), must please train your management staff properly on how to address employees or reprimand them. Words that came out of Mr Archilles mouth were, among others: "why dont you ever listen?". That is no way to speak to an employee, ESPECIALLY not a grown man, and DEFINITELY not infront of other customers. I'm not taking away from the fact that in some instances employees do need to be reprimanded (for which there is a process for these incidents). But please re-train your management staff on how to address employees properly with respect and professionally. If you speak to another adult as though they were a child, how on earth do you expect your employees to treat customers with respect? I work in a customer care environment, and I am outraged at what I saw. I hope this never happens again
