management behavior

<p>I was at shoprite isipingo on the 1st of june at around 6pm , I was really shocked at the behavior of the manager Ignatia Mdunge who was at the front at of the store shouting and screaming at everyone. She even used the k word she was gone absolutely crazy talking as if she is a ****** . This is unexpectable for us to see as customers . She can not conduct herself as a manager. How can shoprite employ this woman as a manager? And she has no way of speaking as she used derogatory language to the staff and customers. I am a regular customer at this store and it seems to me that she can not handle it and takes out her frustration on customers and staff. She was clapping her hands and jumping around and banging things in front of customers as if she was going mad. How can she as a manager behave like this ? She has no respect for the customers who shop at the store . I think she must be removed from this store as she is giving shoprite a bad image . Please resolve this issue or refer it to regional management or I will have to shop elswhere. If this woman has a problem , she needs to seek proffessional help. I would prefer to be contacted by email as I am very busy and work odd hours . Her behavior has put me off from shopping at this store.</p>
