Management bad behaviour

Sunday on the 21st of March, I bought Pork Rashers trays at Shoprite Food World which is situated in Hillbrow. Only to find out that meat is rotten when I cook. On Tuesday morning on 23 March I went back to return it, I arrived at 07:50 am, on my arrival I was assisted by the front-end supervisor. Since she doesn't have access to refund me, she calls a manager to help with refund. I actually waited for manager to come and assist me but never came. I waited for a manager from 07:50am to come and assist me but never showed up until 08:30am. No manager came to assist with my refund am so disappointed in management of Shoprite in Hillbrow. I left all of that Pork Rashers and potjiekos and left the store. I'll never set my foot over there again.
