MANAGEMENT AND STAFF SHOULD ALL GO BACK 2 TRAINING

I only had 1 item so I went to the less then 5 items tills. only 2 tills working with one for cash and one for card. I had a card, so the first cashier was cash she told me to wait at the next till to use a card, there was another lady waiting for the card till. The cashier started helping the stuff and mind u the stuff were not waiting in the line they just came in front of the customers. I was so angry, so I paid my item and went straight to the manager. When I was about to tell her my query a stuff member walked in at us, and just started talking to the manager while I was busy talking to the manager so I just kept quit. She then helped the stuff member and even forgot I was there. I just walked out with and when I was leaving the manager said I have attitude.
