Lower Prices at a Cost of my Dignity

<p>I bought 3 airtime vouchers on Monday from shoprite, I was able to use 2 of them and when I tried the last one yesterday it appears that it was missing a number, so I called customer care and they instructed me to take the voucher back, so I did. The lady who sold me the airtime told me that she wasnt on duty until next week and insisted that I leave the voucher with her but I refused and explained to her that it was my proof of purchase, she started causing a scene and telling me that if I dont leave with the voucher, I shouldnt come back.</p> <p>I wasn't shocked because I regurlarly buy data for my internet cafe there, and most of the ladies there are disrespectful, you'd swear it is something their taught in training. But I feel that now it has gone too far, I was treated like I was asking for something that I didnt pay for. I have lost hope in Shoprite, if ''lower prices'' give such stores the right to lookdown and exploit us the customers. I'd rather pay more somewhere else and I motivate others to do so.</p>
